Use your cell phone to scan the QR codes on the sticker on one of the three
products to be linked to the landing page for the promotion at
www.lifespanmetaverse.com. You will then scratch off a foil covering the codes,
then input the codes from the three bottles purchased along with their name,
parish, email address and telephone number. Once you input the information and
presses “send” you will receive a reply that your entry has been successfully
received.
You may opt to send your entry via Whatsapp to the Whatsapp number 876 331
3452 also printed on the sticker. You will enter your name, parish, email address,
telephone and the three codes of the 3 items purchased. Once sent, you will receive
a reply indicating that their message has been successfully received.
For every customer with TEN (10) entries made (30 bottles purchased) you will receive via email a digital
collectible (Non Fungible Token) that can be traded on Opensea, MagicEden and other NFT marketplaces.
Please note that if you send less than three entries or if your repeat a code or use a code that has
already been submitted, the platform will discard your entry.
Please note that you will be able to indicate whether you give Lifespan permission to send you offers

Our system will receive all of the entries and will select:
- One winner each week for ten weeks for the weekly prizes
- Two winners, one in October and the other in November for the two monthly prizes
- The grand prize winner of ONE MILLION Dollars on January 10, 2024.
